Ergun Group + Partners proudly presents 3Beirut, a landmark development at the heart of the Beirut Central District, designed as part of the prestigious Solidere masterplan for urban regeneration. This mixed-use icon redefines the city’s skyline while thoughtfully responding to Beirut’s climate, culture, and coastal setting.

The project’s three sculptural towers feature fully glazed northern façades with sweeping views of the harbor, while the tiered southern elevations integrate seamlessly with the historic cityscape.
